Whether from cigarettes, cars, diesel,
industry, smog, even barbecue, noxious
compounds like benzo(a)pyrene are polluting

carcinogenic benzo(a)pyrene as 600 cigarettes,

A study published in the Journal of
Pharmacy and Pharmacology shows that an
herbal turmeric-based formula called
Smokeshield™ contains potent antioxidants
that can be highly effective in inhibiting the
activation of carcinogens caused by cigarette
and environmental smoke. Manufactured by
New Chapter, Inc, of Brattleboro, Vermont,
Smokeshield is a turmeric-based herbal formulation
that contains several herbs reported to be
antioxidant, antimutagenic and anticarcinogenic.
No side effects were found among
animal or human subjects using Smokeshield.
The herbal extracts comprising
